Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Aubermont is pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders. We offer two shipping options: Free Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping typically takes 7 to 16 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track the progress of your delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other additional charges that may be imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We inform you that it is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, as well as a contact phone number. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address (typing error) or a failed contact attempt, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee for the reshipment.

Please note that our support team conducts regular reviews of all received orders, and in cases where an order is suspicious, of very high value, or contains repeated items, we will contact the customer to confirm the purchased items and the delivery address to ensure the security of both parties.
